Most definitely recommend Sergio 100%. He walked with me through the process of evicting bad tenants, to prepping the home for sale, and finally getting it sold few days after putting it for sale. He made the process so easy and communicated through the entire negotiating process. What’s even better is we got more than asking price. He was great! Sergio is very professional, informative, and communicates very well. He explained the process of buying a home from the beginning to the end. He took the time to gather information to understand what I was looking for in a home. He accommodated my schedule to show me the houses I was interested in buying. He informed me of any foreseen obstacles to prevent any issues. The issue that did come up, which was out of his control, he took the time to walk me through it.
